From a higher vantage point, we can see our life holistically. We can observe the unique landscape of our past, present, and future. We become cartographers, dreamers, and self-fulfilling prophets of our “epikos,” the narrative poem that is our life.   

A series of guided meditations lets you see yourself from a “bird’s-eye view.”
You’ll use that vision to create a map with landmarks and pathways, dark forests and bridges. From above, you can spot the loop trail that keeps you busy, but doesn’t move you closer to becoming who you came here to be. You’ll tune into your inner GPS and take a dip in the Wellspring of Renewal— like a spa day for your soul. From a higher perspective, you’ll be able to spot the deep-rooted Tree of Life in the distance where it welcomes you with open arms to build a nest for your Dream to come to life.
